He is also an Angel Investor in the tech space and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Paulo holds certifications like CCIE# 8842 (Routing & Switching and Service Provider) and CCDE# 2014::16 and serves as a Cisco Certified Systems Instructor and member of the Cisco CCIE Advisory Council.

Paulo’s career includes roles as Network Solutions Architect at Cisco and IP Core Network Architect at Vodafone, among others. His early work at companies like Ericsson, Avaya, and Hutchison Managed Services helped shape his expertise in network design and consulting.
